Procedures:

For mix: sift together all ingredients.

Stor in an airtight container or plastic bag.

For pudding: combine 1 c. mix with milk in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly or do in microwave, stirring occasionally.

Stir in butter and vanilla.

Pour into individual serving dishes.

Can serve warm or chilled.

For pie: can decrease milk by up to ?cup.

Follow directions for pudding.
