Ingredients:
| 3 3/4
| cup | FLOUR | | 2
| pack | YEAST | | 1
| tbsp | OIL | | 1
| tsp | SALT | | 8
| oz | WARM WATER | | 1/2
| tsp | SUGAR |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl and stir. | | 2 | Add oil and water. | | 3 | Mix all ingredients together. | | 4 | Knead by hand for 3 minutes, shape into ball. | | 5 | Place in a greased bowl and cover. | | 6 | Let rise until doubled. | | 7 | Punch down, divide into two equal pieces. | | 8 | Leave as one for 16" crust. | | 9 | Let dough rest for 4 minutes. | | 10 | Roll out to 16" diameter. | | 11 | Spray pizza pan with cooking spray and place dough on pan. | | 12 | Let rise for 10 minutes. | | 13 | Add sauce, toppings and cheese. | | 14 | Place on bottom rack of cold oven. |
