| tbsp | Chopped fresh lemon thyme or | | 1
| tbsp | Dried lemon thyme | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped fresh oregano | | 1/2
| tsp | Freshly ground pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Water |

Procedures:
