| cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese | | | Olive oil | | 1/4
| cup | CONTADINA Pizza Squeeze | | | -Pizza Sauce | | 1/4
| tbsp | Ground cumin | | 2
| tbsp | Refried beans | | 1
| tbsp | Dried green chiles | | 1
| tbsp | Thinly sliced green onion | | 1
| tbsp | Sliced ripe olives | | 1
| tbsp | Shredded Monterey Jack | | | -cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sprinkle one tortilla with cheddar cheese; top with second tortilla. | | 2 | Brush lightly with oil; place on baking sheet. | | 3 | Bake in preheated 450°F. | | 4 | Oven for 4 minutes. | | 5 | In small bowl, combine pizza sauce and cumin; spread on tortilla. | | 6 | Spoon on refried beans; sprinkle with chiles, green onion, olives and monterey jack cheese. | | 7 | Bake in preheated 450°F. | | 8 | Oven for 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. | | 9 | Cut into wedges. |
