Autumn glazed pork chops

Ingredients:
4 Boneless pork chops
- ?inch thick
Nonstick spray coating
1/4 tspFreshly ground pepper
1/4 cupApple cider or juice
1/2 cupWhole cranberry sauce
2 tbspHoney
2 tbspOrange juice concentrate
-(frozen)
1/4 tspGround ginger
1/8 tspGround nutmeg
Procedures:
1Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick coating.
2Heat over medium-high heat.
3Sprinkle both sides of chops with pepper.
4Brown chops on each side in hot skillet.
5Add apple cider.
6Cover tightly; cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes or until chops are just done.
7Drain off juices.
8In a small bowl combine cranberry sauce, honey, orange juice concentrate, ginger and nutmeg.
9Pour over chops.
10Cook for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
