Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
1 ea Large onion
1 1/2 ozPkg spaghetti sauce mix
15 ozTomato sauce
1/2 cupWater
8 ozMozzarella cheese slices
2 ea Eggs
1 cupMilk
1 tbspOil
1 cupFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupParmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Brown beef and onion; drain.
2Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce and water.
3Simmer 10 minutes.
4Spoon mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan.
5Top with cheese slices.
6Beat eggs, milk, and oil together until foamy.
7Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth.
8Pour batter over meat filling.
9Spread to cover completely.
10Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
11Bake at 400 deg f for 30 minutes.
12Cut into squares.
13Serve hot.
14Makes 8 servings.
