Ingredients:
BASIC MIX
2 cupInstant nonfat dry milk
5 cupBrown sugar, firmly packed
3 cupCornstarch
1 tspSalt
TO USE
2 cupMilk
4 tbspButter
1/2 cupBasic mix
Procedures:
1Mix all the ingredients until they are well blended.
2Store mix in an airtight cannister or tightly covered jar.
3to use: stir the mix in the cannister before measurin out ?c mix into a saucepan.
4Add 2 c milk and 4 tb butter and cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
5Continue stirring for 1 minute, remove from heat, and pour into individual serivng dishes.
6Pudding will thicken further as it cools
