- lightly spooned into cup
2/3 cupInstant non fat dry milk
2 tbspBaking powder
1 tspSalt
2/3 cupShortening
Procedures:
1Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
2Cut in shortening with pastry blender or mixer until fine crumbs are obtained and shortening is evenly dispersed.
3Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
