Ingredients:

| cup | Potatoes, cooked | | 1
| lbs | Ham, cooked | | 2
| | Eggs | | 2
| slice | Bread, soaked in milk | | 4
| tbsp | Milk | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 4
| slice | Dry bread |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put potatoes through grinder using coarse disc. | | 2 | Put ham through grinder using fine disc. | | 3 | Combine all ingredients and mix well. | | 4 | Chill for two hours. | | 5 | Meanwhile blender dry bread until very fine. | | 6 | Pour into a flat dish. | | 7 | Form meat mixture into 1" (2 cm) balls, roll in crumbs, and fry in deep fat heated to 375 °F. | | 8 | (190 degrees c). | | 9 | Serve with green peas. | | 10 | Yield: 6-8 servings |
