Danish ham balls

Ingredients:
3 cupPotatoes, cooked
1 lbsHam, cooked
2 Eggs
2 sliceBread, soaked in milk
4 tbspMilk
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
4 sliceDry bread
Procedures:
1Put potatoes through grinder using coarse disc.
2Put ham through grinder using fine disc.
3Combine all ingredients and mix well.
4Chill for two hours.
5Meanwhile blender dry bread until very fine.
6Pour into a flat dish.
7Form meat mixture into 1" (2 cm) balls, roll in crumbs, and fry in deep fat heated to 375 °F.
8(190 degrees c).
9Serve with green peas.
10Yield: 6-8 servings
