Ingredients:
5 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
2 1/4 cupWhole wheat flour
2 1/2 cupNatural bran
1 3/4 cupSkim milk powder
1 1/2 cupGranulated sugar
2 tbspBaking powder
2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1In large bowl, stir together all-purpose and whole wheat flours, bran, milk powder, sugar, baking powder and salt until combined.
2transfer to airtight container; store in cool, dry place.
3Stir well before using.
