Ingredients:

| | Boboli type pizza shell | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| med | Leeks, thinly sliced | | 1
| tbsp | Fresh parsley, minced | | 3/4
| cup | Tomato, chopped | | 3
| oz | Montrachet or Feta, crumbled | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter in large skillet over medium-low heat. | | 2 | Add leeks; saute until tender, about 10 minutes. | | 3 | Season with salt and pepper. | | 4 | Stir in parsley. | | 5 | Cool. | | 6 | Spread leek topping evenly over boboli; sprinkle tomatoes over. | | 7 | Top with cheese. | | 8 | Drizzle 1 tablespoon oil over. | | 9 | Bake about 10 minutes at 450°F. | | 10 | Remove from oven and brush crust with olive oil. |
