Ingredients:
1 packHot roll mix (16 oz)
2 Eggs
1/2 cupEvaporated milk
1/3 cupPeanut butter
1/4 cupChopped pimiento
1 tbspCelery seed
4 cupShredded Cheddar cheese
3 cupChopped salted peanuts
1/4 tbspHot pepper
Procedures:
1Prepare hot roll mix and let rise as package directs.
2Divide dough into two equal parts.
3Pat each part, using oiled hands, in well-oiled 15x10x1" jelly-roll pan.
4Beat eggs, milk and peanut butter until smooth.
5Add pimiento and celery seed.
6Stir in cheese; spread evenly over dough, almost to edge.
7Sprinkle with peanuts and pepper.
8Cover; let rise 30 minutes.
9Preheat oven to 425°F.
10Bake 12-15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
11Cut into 4x2" rectangles.
