Sweet Quick Bread Mix

Eggs -- beaten

Lemon juice

Bananas -- mashed

Chopped nuts
Procedures:

Preheat oven 325°F.

Grease one 9x5 or two 7x3 loaf pans; set aside.

In med bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring to blend.

Turn into prepared pan or pans.

Bake 50 - 60 min in preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool on rack 5 min. turn out of pan.

Cool right-side up on rack.

Makes 1 or 2 loaves.
