Ingredients:
1 cupHomemade mayonnaise
1 cupSour cream
1 largeGarlic clove
-- peeled and finely chopped
1 tbspFinely chopped green onion
1 tbspDijon mustard
Chopped fresh parsley
To taste and for garnish
Procedures:
1In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients.
2Pour into serving bowl, cover and chill until serving time.
3The flavor improves if this is made ahead of time and gets to sit for awhile.
4to serve, garnish with chopped parsley.
