Smoked cod pie (irish)

Ingredients:
1 lbsSmoked cod
1/2 lbsOnions
1/2 lbsShelled peas
10 fl ozMilk *
1 ozFlour
1 tspDry mustard
1 ozButter
2 lbsMashed potato
Procedures:
1* (or substitute 5 oz milk and 5 oz cream) .
2Chop onions roughly and fry in butter until tender.
3Remove from heat an stir in flour and mustard.
4Add milk.
5Return to heat and stir until thickened.
6Add cod, cut into ?inch cubes, and peas.
7Turn into ovenproof dish and cover with mashed potatoes.
8Bake in a moderate oven at 400f/200c, for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
