2 lbsLamb, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 lbsPotatoes, peeled and cut
- in cubes
1 lbsCarrots, peeled and sliced
1 lbsOnions, quartered and sliced
2 Bay leaves
1/2 tspOregano
1/2 tspThyme, crushed
1/2 tspRosemary
Procedures:
1Cover the lamb with water and boil for 15 minutes.
2Drain and dry the meat.
3Combine meat and vegetables.
4Tie the herbs in a small cloth bag, add to the mixture.
5Add enough water to almost cover.
6Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
7Remove the herb bag and serve.
8serves 6 to 8.
