Domesticated chick-pea dip

Ingredients:
6 eachGarlic Cloves
1/4 tspBlack Pepper
1 cupOlive Oil
1/2 cupLemon Juice
1 tbspSalt
3 cupChick-Peas, Cooked
GARNISH
1 xParsley, Chopped
Procedures:
1Place the garlic, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor or blender and puree until the garlic is finely chopped (if preparing by hand, finely dice and mash the garlic, then mix with the other ingredients).
2Add the chick-peas and continue mixing to a smooth paste.
3Garnish with the chopped parsley.
4Maybe served at room temperature or chilled.
5Makes about 4 ?cups of dip suggested dippers: pita bread or toast triangles, scallions, bland water crackers, red cabbag
