1 1/3 cupWater at 45 C (110F)
1 tbspSugar
1 tbspYeast
2 tbspVegetable oil (olive
-prefered)
1 tspSalt
1 Egg
4 cupFlour
Procedures:
1Proof yeast in warm water and sugar.
2Add rest of ingredients and knead until an elastic dough is formed.
3Rise once until doubled, beat down roll out onto pans and let rest for 15 minutes before topping.
4If time is short, the first rise can be skipped with little quality depreciation.
