Farida fish with pickled lemons

Ingredients:
1 Farida, about 18 oz.
- Or use trout
Pickled lemon slices
3 Garlic cloves, or to taste
Olive oil
1 cupWhite wine
Salt and pepper
Juice from 1 lemon
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 180 c.
2clean the fish, and fill the cavity with pickled lemon slices and garlic cloves.
3Close with toothpicks, and put in a baking pan oiled with olive oil.
4Pour the white wine on the fish, and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
5bake 20 minutes
