Ingredients:

| cup | Peaches | | 1 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| cup | Milk | | 2
| large | Eggs | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla | | 2
| cup | Light Cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Coarsely chop the peaches in a food processor or blender. | | 2 | Combine the peaches with ?c of sugar and chill. | | 3 | Combine 1 c of sugar with the cornstarch and salt. | | 4 | Blend the milk gradually. | | 5 | Microwave on high (100%) for about 8 minutes or until thick, stirring two to three times. | | 6 | Beat the eggs and add,gradually, to the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly. | | 7 | Microwave, on high (100%), about two minutes or until thick and creamy. | | 8 | Chill. | | 9 | Add the vanilla and cream to the mixture. | | 10 | Stir in the peaches. | | 11 | Place in an ice cream freezer and freeze, following the manufacturers directions. |
