Honey lemon jelly

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupClover honey 1/3 c Liquid pectin
6 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Stir the honey and lemon juice in a saucepan over high heat until it comes to a full rolling boil.
2Add the pectin and continue stirring until it boils hard again.
3Set the timer for 1 minute and continue to stir.
4Remove from the heat.
5Skim off any froth with a metal spoon.
6Pour into clean, hot glasses, filling the jars to within 1/8 inch of the top.
7Wipe the rims.
8Put on the lids and screw bands firmly.
9Let stand 12 hours before moving.
10Label and store in a dark place.
