Ingredients:
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
2 tbspWater
1/2 cupPineapple juice, or orange
2 tbspButter
3 tbspRum
1 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tspCinnamon
6 Bananas
6 smallScoops vanilla ice cream
Procedures:
1In large deep skillet, heat sugar with water over medium heat, watching carefully, until sugar melts and starts to turn a caramel colour.
2Gently stir in pineapple juice and butter, bring careful because mixture will bubble up.
3Add rum, lemon juice and cinnamon; cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
