Ingredients:
1 9-Inch Baked Pie Shell Or
-Crumb Crust
1 cupSugar
1/4 cupCornstarch
1 1/2 cupWater
3 ozOrange Or Peach Gelatin
3 cupFresh Peaces, Pitted, Peeled
-Sliced
Whipped Cream, Optional
Procedures:
1Mix the sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan.
2Bring to a quick boil.
3Cook until thickened and clear.
4Add the gelatin.
5Arrange the peaches in the pie shell.
6Pour the gelatin mixture over the peaches and refrigerate.
7Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
8Note: other fresh fruit or berries with compatible flavored gelatin may be substituted for the peaches and orange gelatin as above
