Fresh fruit crunch

Ingredients:
1 cupUnbleached Flour
1 cupBrown Sugar
1 tbspCinnamon
3/4 cupUncooked Instant Oatmeal
1/2 cupButter Or Margarine
6 cupFresh Apples, Peaches, Or
-Rhubarb
1 cupSugar
1 cupWater
2 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspVanilla
Procedures:
1Mix, until crumbly, the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal and butter or margarine.
2Place half of the crumbs into a 9-inch greased baking dish.
3Cover with the fresh fruit.
4Cook the sugar, water, cornstarch, and vanilla until thick and pour over the fruit.
5Top the the rest of the crumbs.
6Bake in a preheated 350 °F.
7Oven for 1 hour.
8Top with whipped cream or topping, ice cream, or frozen yogurt
