Ingredients:
| 4 1/2
| cup | Chopped pecans | | 3 1/2
| cup | Chopped walnuts | | 2
| lbs | Dates, chopped | | 1
| lbs | Candied cherries, cut up | | 1
| lbs | Candied pineapple, cut up | | 28
| oz | Sweetened condensed milk | | 2
| can | Shredded coconut (4-oz) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine pecans, walnuts, dates, cherries (reserve a few whole cherries for decoration), pineapple, condensed milk and coconut. | | 2 | Mix with hands. | | 3 | Turn into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. | | 4 | Bake at 225f about 1 ?hours. | | 5 | (cake is done when no milk oozes out when pressed with finger). | | 6 | Decorate with reserved cherries, if desired. | | 7 | Let cool. | | 8 | Turn out on foil and wrap snugly. | | 9 | Store in refrigerator or freezer about 1 month before serving. | | 10 | Makes 1 10-inch cake |
