Ingredients:
1 tspGround cinnamon
3 cupSugar
3 1/2 cupFlour, sifted
2/3 cupVegetable oil
2 tspBaking soda
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 canPumpkin
2/3 cupWater
1 tspGround nutmeg
2/3 cupPecans, coarsely chopped
1 Egg
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients together.
2Pour into well-greased loaf pans.
3Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
4Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack before wrapping.
5This may be frozen
