| can | Pumpkin | | 2/3
| cup | Water | | 1
| tsp | Ground nutmeg | | 2/3
| cup | Pecans, coarsely chopped | | 1
| | Egg |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all ingredients together. | | 2 | Pour into well-greased loaf pans. | | 3 | Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. | | 4 | Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack before wrapping. | | 5 | This may be frozen |
