Ingredients:
| 1/4
| cup | I Can't Believe It's Butter | | | Spread | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 4
| cup | Peeled & sliced peaches OR | | | Nectrines or apples | | 1
| tbsp | + 2/3 c. variety baking mix | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | 2
| tbsp | Firmly packed brown sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | In 1 quart shallow casserole, combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon baking mix and cinnamon. | | 2 | In medium bowl, mix remaining 2/3 cup baking mix with brown sugar. | | 3 | Cut in i can"t believe it"s butter! until mixture is size of small peas. | | 4 | Stir in milk until moistened; drop by spoonfuls onto peaches. | | 5 | Bake at 400 °F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean. | | 6 | Let stand 5 minutes. |
