| cup | Concentrated white grape | | | -juice (simmered down from | | | -1-?cups) | | 2 1/2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Grated lemon rind | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Unflavored gelatin (1-?/td> | | | -envelops) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place berries juices and lemon rind in saucepan. | | 2 | Mash berries slightly to release juice. | | 3 | Heat to boiling. | | 4 | Sprinkle with unflavored geltatin. | | 5 | Remove from heat, skim and pack into hot jars with hot lids. | | 6 | Coool to room temperature before freezing. | | 7 | Because this is stored in the freezer, you may use any airtight, leakproof freezer container for sotrage, even plastic containers. | | 8 | Tastes better if allowed to sit for a week. | | 9 | Freezes beautifully for up to 6 months. |
