Dolly's peach cobbler

Ingredients:
1 Pie crust, for deep dish pie
4 cupPeach, fresh, sliced
1 cupSugar
3 tspFlour
Butter
1/2 cupWater, boiling
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients except boiling water.
2Turn mixture into the pie crust and level, adding strips of left-over pie dough to make an informal lattice work on top.
3Place "pats" of butter over top of crust.
4Pour boiling water over the top of all.
5Bake at 350°F. for about 50 minutes.
