Ingredients:

Pie crust, for deep dish pie

Peach, fresh, sliced

cup
Sugar

tsp
Flour
Butter
1/2
cup
Water, boiling
Procedures:

Mix all ingredients except boiling water.

Turn mixture into the pie crust and level, adding strips of left-over pie dough to make an informal lattice work on top.

Place "pats" of butter over top of crust.

Pour boiling water over the top of all.

Bake at 350°F. for about 50 minutes.
