Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsPlums, fresh, halved*
2 cupSugar
2 cupGin
Procedures:
1*remove pits in medium glass bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2Heat 10 minutes on power level 7 (medium-high) until sugar is dissolved, stirring once.
3Continue cooking on power level 1 (warm) an additional 30 minutes, stirring twice.
4Cover and let stand 3 to 4 days.
5Strain before using.
6Yield: 2 cups.
