| tbsp | Lemon Juice | | 1/4
| cup | Onion, Minced | | 1
| large | Garlic Clove, Crushed | | 1/2
| cup | Dry White Wine | | 1/4
| cup | Chicken Broth | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | 1/4
| tbsp | Dried Thyme, Crushed | | 1/2
| cup | Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries | | | -Thawed |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. | | 2 | Add the chicken and saute four to five minutes on each side until cooked through. | | 3 | Remove from the pan and keep warm. | | 4 | Melt 1 t of the butter in the pan. | | 5 | Add the pears and 1 t of lemon juice. | | 6 | Saute until barely tender, about two to three minutes. | | 7 | Remove from the pan and set aside. | | 8 | In the same pan, cook the onion and garlic for one minute. | | 9 | Add the wine and broth. | | 10 | Add the honey and thyme. | | 11 | Boil until thickened, three to four minutes. | | 12 | Return the pears to the pan and add the blueberries. | | 13 | Heat through, about two minutes. | | 14 | Swirl in the remaining t of butter and t of lemon juice. | | 15 | Serve the sauce over the chicken |
