Ingredients:
3/4 lbsChicken meat, sliced
1/2 tbspChinese cooking wine
1 tbspLight soy sauce
3 Green onions, cut into 1-
Inch lenghts
1/2 tbspMinced garlic
1/2 tbspMinced ginger
Sesame oil
1 smallGreen pepper, cut in squares
1 smallRed pepper, cut in squares
8 ozPineapple chunks
1/4 tbspSalt
1 tbspCornstarch
1/4 cupWater
1/2 tbspSoy sauce
Pinch of sugar
Procedures:
1Marinate chicken in the chinese cooking wine and light soy sauce, mixed together.
2Heat wok or large frying pan, brown green onion, garlic and ginger in a few drops of sesame oil; add chicken and saute until meat changes color.
3Put in all vegetables, sprinkle with ?teaspoon salt, and stir fry for 4 minutes.
4When chicken is done, make sauce mixture of cornstarch, water, ?tablespoon soy sauce, pinch sugar and a few drops of sesame oil.
5Add to chicken and bring to a boil.
6Mix well and serve with hot rice.
