Ingredients:

| lbs | Chicken meat, sliced | | 1/2
| tbsp | Chinese cooking wine | | 1
| tbsp | Light soy sauce | | 3
| | Green onions, cut into 1- | | | Inch lenghts | | 1/2
| tbsp | Minced garlic | | 1/2
| tbsp | Minced ginger | | | Sesame oil | | 1
| small | Green pepper, cut in squares | | 1
| small | Red pepper, cut in squares | | 8
| oz | Pineapple chunks | | 1/4
| tbsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | | Pinch of sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Marinate chicken in the chinese cooking wine and light soy sauce, mixed together. | | 2 | Heat wok or large frying pan, brown green onion, garlic and ginger in a few drops of sesame oil; add chicken and saute until meat changes color. | | 3 | Put in all vegetables, sprinkle with ?teaspoon salt, and stir fry for 4 minutes. | | 4 | When chicken is done, make sauce mixture of cornstarch, water, ?tablespoon soy sauce, pinch sugar and a few drops of sesame oil. | | 5 | Add to chicken and bring to a boil. | | 6 | Mix well and serve with hot rice. |
