Deviled tomatoes

Ingredients:
4 Firm tomatoes
2 tbspButter
1 smallGarlic clove, crushed
1/2 cupFresh white bread crumbs
1 tbspChopped fresh parsley
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
1/2 tspPaprika
1/4 tspDry mustard
1 tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley sprigs
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.

3Grease a 9" square baking pan.
4Cut 1/3 slice off top of each tomato.
5Reserve tops for "lids".
6Remove seeds from each tomato.
7Melt butter in a saucepan.
8Add garlic, bread crumbs and chopped parsley; mix well.
9Remove from heat.
10Add cayenne pepper, paprika, mustard, cheese and salt; mix well.
11Spoon into tomatoes and form in neat mounds, pressing gently in shape with fingertips.
12Put reserved "lids" on top.
13Arrange tomatoes, cut sides up, in greased pan.
14Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes.
15Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve hot
