Ingredients:

| cup | Whipping cream | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 4
| cup | Apples, thinly sliced | | | -about 4 medium | | 1/4
| cup | Bisquick | | 1/3
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Butter, firm | | 3/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 2
| tbsp | Cinnamon apple jelly |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 425°F. | | 2 | Mix 2 c bisquick, whipping cream and sugar until soft dough forms. | | 3 | Shape into ball. | | 4 | Pat dough into ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. | | 5 | Spread apples over dough. | | 6 | mix ?c bisquick, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. | | 7 | Cover edge with 2 inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning. | | 8 | Bake 5 minutes; remove foil. | | 9 | Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until edge is deep golden brown. | | 10 | Heat jelly until melted; drizzle over tart. |
