| tbsp | Dry sherry | | 3
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 2
| tsp | Dark seasame oil | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, crushed | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground ginger |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cooking & preparation time: 25 min Cut steak crosswise into ? thick strips. | | 2 | Combine marinade ingredients. | | 3 | Place beef and ?of marinade in plastic bag. | | 4 | Turning to coat; close securely. | | 5 | Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes; reserve remaining marinade. | | 6 | Meanwhile soak 16 (6") bamboo skewers in water 10 minutes; drain. | | 7 | Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. | | 8 | Alternately thread beef (weaving back and forth) and green onion onto skewers. | | 9 | Place kabobs on rack in broiler pan so surface of kabobs is 3 to 4" from heat. | | 10 | Broil 5 to 6 minutes, turning once. | | 11 | Brush kabobs with reserved marinade during last 2 minutes. | | 12 | * cookfdn brings you this recipe with permission |
