Ingredients:
4 Boiled eggs
2 tbspSour cream, reduced calorie
2 tbspZuchinni, finely chopped
1 tbspCelery, finely chopped
1 tspSnipped fresh dill weed or
1 tspDried dill weed
1/4 tspPrepared mustard
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.
2Slip out yolks; mash 2 with fork mix in remaining ingredients.
3Fill whites with yolk mixture heaping it lightly.
4Garnish pimentos & dill if desired.
5Cover & refrigerate up to 24 hours.
