Ingredients:
1 1/3 cupCooked Rice
1 1/3 cupMilk
1 tspVanilla extract
Sugar substuite equal to
2 Tb of the real thing
1 Ripe Banana, Mashed
1/4 cupWhipping cream, Whipped
-(or substuite should do)
2 Kiwi fruits, sliced
-for garnish
Procedures:
12 kiwi fruits, sliced, for garnish
2cook rice and milk in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until thick and creamy (about 15-20 minutes) stirring frequently.
3Remove from heat; cool.
4Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute.
5Just before serving, fold in banana and whipped cream.
6Garnish with kiwi slices
