Ingredients:
4 3/4 cupAll-purpose flour
3/4 cupSugar
1 tbspSalt
2 packActive dry yeast
1/3 cupEvaporated milk
1/3 cupWater
1/3 cupMargarine
2 Egg
1 cupBanana
1/2 cupPecans
2 tbspGround cinnamon
2 tbspMargarine
Procedures:
1Mperature in large bowl, mix 1 ?cups flour, ?cup sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
2Heat evaporated milk, water, and margarine to 120f-130°F.
3Margarine need not melt.
4Add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
5Add eggs, banana, and 1 cup flour; beat at high speed 2 minutes.
6Stir in pecans and enough remaining flour to make stiff dough.
7Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
8Set in greased bowl; grease top.
9Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
10Punch dough down.
11Divide in half; shape into loaves.
12Place in 2 greased
