| cup | Margarine | | 2
| | Egg | | 1
| cup | Banana | | 1/2
| cup | Pecans | | 2
| tbsp | Ground cinnamon | | 2

Procedures:
| 1 | Mperature in large bowl, mix 1 ?cups flour, ?cup sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. | | 2 | Heat evaporated milk, water, and margarine to 120f-130°F. | | 3 | Margarine need not melt. | | 4 | Add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer. | | 5 | Add eggs, banana, and 1 cup flour; beat at high speed 2 minutes. | | 6 | Stir in pecans and enough remaining flour to make stiff dough. | | 7 | Knead 8 to 10 minutes. | | 8 | Set in greased bowl; grease top. | | 9 | Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. | | 10 | Punch dough down. | | 11 | Divide in half; shape into loaves. | | 12 | Place in 2 greased |
