Ingredients:
5 Very ripe bananas
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1At least 1 day before, place bananas in fridge to blacken.
2Mash bananas till almost smooth.
3Add juice & raisins.
4In a pot, bring to a boil, stirring constantly till mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
5Cool slightly before serving.
6Can be stored in the fridge for 2 or 3 weeks.
7Serve with jolof rice.
8Makes 1 cup.
