Banana-coconut rolls

Ingredients:
4 Peeled firm bananas juice
2 Tablesp. melted butter or
-?cup shredded coconut
Margarine
-Light cream
2 Tablesp. lemon or lime
Procedures:
1Buy green-tipped or all yellow bananas
2start heating oven to 375?f.
3Grease 10" x 6" x 2" baking dish.
4Cut bananas into halves, crosswise; place in dish.
5Brush well with butter, then lemon juice; sprinkle with coconut.
6Bake 15 to 20 min., or until easily pierced with fork.
7Serve warm, with cream or orange sauce.
8Makes 4 servings.
