Ingredients:
1 tbspYeast
1 1/3 cupWater at 40 C (100F)
1 tbspWhite sugar
1 tspSalt
2 tbspOlive oil
1 Egg
4 cupFlour
Procedures:
1I do not have any idea what "chicago style" is.
2While virtually any bread recipe will work as a pizza dough, this is what i use for two crusts:
3soften yeast in warm water for about 10 minutes.
4Mix in ingredients (except the flour) and combine well.
5Add flour all at once and knead until a smooth dough is formed.
6If it is a bit sticky, then add a little more flour.
7Let rise for an hour, beat down, roll out and spread one"s choice of toppings.
8If you are pressed for time, the first rising can be shortened to 15 minutes, but this is not recommended.
