Ingredients:
2 Apples
Orange juice
1 tbspRaisins
Pinch ground cinnamon
Procedures:
1Peel and core the apples.
2Coat with the orange juice on the outer surface.
3Stuff with the raisins.
4Sprinkle on the cinnamon.
5Place in pyrex baking cups.
6Bake in a 350°F oven 25 to 30 minutes or until fork pierces surface easily.
7Serve warm or cold.
