Apricot fingers

Ingredients:
6 ozRolled oats
4 ozWholewheat flour
2 ozWheatgerm
2 ozSoy flour
4 ozDried apricots
4 ozSeedless raisins
2 ozSunflower seeds
3 tbspOil
2 tbspLiquid sweetener
2 tbspMolasses
4 tbspOrange juice
1 pinchSalt
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Grease an 8" square baking tin & set aside.
3Stir together the oats, flour, wheatgerm & soy flour.
4Add finely chopped apricots, raisins & sunflower seeds.
5Stir together the oil, sweetener & molasses & add to the dry ingredients.
6Add as much of the orange juice as necessary to make a soft but not runny mixture.
7Add the salt.
8Place the apricot mixture into the prepared tin.
9Bake for 25 minutes.
10Cool in the tin scronig into fingers while still hot with a sharp knife.
11When cold, remove from the tin & in an airtight container.
