Ingredients:

| x | Apples, sliced and peeled | | 1
| cup | Brown Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Quaker Oats | | 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 1/2
| cup | Corn Flakes | | 2
| tbsp | Cinnamon | | 1
| tbsp | Nutmeg | | 1
| each | Stick Butter, softened | | 1/4
| cup | Apple Juice, or water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 deg f. | | 2 | Put half of the apples in a greased 9"x9" pan. | | 3 | Blend together remaining ingredients, except juice, and crumble half the flour mixture over the apples. | | 4 | Cover with remaining apples and flour mixture. | | 5 | Pour juice over top. | | 6 | Bake 35 minutes. |
