Apple cream lasagne

Ingredients:
9 Oven ready lasagne noodles
1/3 cupButter
6 Granny Smith apples-
Peeled, cored and sliced.
1/3 cupPacked brown sugar
1/2 cupToasted, chopped pecans
2 tspGround cinnamon
1 packLight cream cheese, softened
1 Egg
1 tspVanilla
1 cupWhipping cream, whipped
1/2 cupFresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cupGranulated sugar
Procedures:
1Place noodles in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish, cover with warm water and soak 20 minutes.
2Drain and set aside.
3Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt ?cup butter over medium heat.
4Add apples, cover and cook 10 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
5Remove from heat and stir in 3 tbsp. brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon; set aside.
6Place cream cheese and remaining brown sugar in large bowl.
7Beat 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
8Beat in egg and vanilla.
9Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture in thirds and set aside.
10Melt remaining butter.
11In small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, sugar and melted butter.
12Spread half of the apple mixture in bottom of same baking dish.
13Layer with 3 noodles.
14Spread with half of cream cheese mixture, and layer with 3 more noodles.
15Spread with remaining apple mixture and layer with last three noodles.
16Top with remaining cream mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture.
17Bake at 305°F for 30 minutes.
18Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
19Makes 8 servings.
