| cup | Chicken stock | | 1/4
| cup | Ground toasted walnuts | | 2
| tsp | Dried chervil, crumbled | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground mace | | | Salt | | | White pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Toasted walnut pieces | | | - for garnish |

Procedures:
