Ingredients:
| 1/4
| lbs | White chocolate | | 6
| tbsp | Unsalted butter | | 6
| | Eggs | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 2
| pint | Raspberries |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 325°F. | | 2 | Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler. | | 3 | Cut the butter into tablespoon pieces, place in the bowl of a mixer and mix until smooth. | | 4 | Slowly add the melted chocolate until incorporated. | | 5 | Add the eggs, one at a time, as each one is absorbed. | | 6 | Add the sugar, then the flour. | | 7 | Lightly grease a 9x11" baking pan. | | 8 | Pour in the batter and smooth the top. | | 9 | Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. | | 10 | When the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the baking pan. | | 11 | To serve, cut the cake into individual portions and top with fresh raspberries. | | 12 | Accompany with whipped cream or raspberry sauce, if desired. |
