Watermelon gazpacho

Ingredients:
1/2 smallWatermelon
1 Red onion
1 Red pepper
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 Field cucumber
Salt and pepper
Cayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Seed watermelon, cut into chunks and puree in food processor until smooth.
2Discard rind.
3Finely chop onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper.
4Peel and seed cucumber, chop into cubes.
5In large bowl, combine watermelon and vegetables.
6Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.
7Chill 2 hours, serve.
