| small | Watermelon | | 1
| | Red onion | | 1
| | Red pepper | | 1
| | Jalapeno pepper | | 1
| | Field cucumber | | | Salt and pepper | | | Cayenne pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Seed watermelon, cut into chunks and puree in food processor until smooth. | | 2 | Discard rind. | | 3 | Finely chop onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper. | | 4 | Peel and seed cucumber, chop into cubes. | | 5 | In large bowl, combine watermelon and vegetables. | | 6 | Season with salt, pepper and cayenne. | | 7 | Chill 2 hours, serve. |
