Ingredients:
3 cupChopped watermelon
1/2 cupGreen bell peppers, chopped
2 tbspLime juice
1 tbspChopped cilantro
1 tbspChopped green onion
1 tbspJalapeno peppers, chopped*
1/2 tspGarlic salt
Procedures:
1* use up to 2 tbs.
2Chopped jalapenos, depending on taste.
3Combine all ingredients.
4Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
5Serve on sliced oranges or cheese-filled manicotti.
6Or, top 1 cup sour cream with 1 cup salsa and serve with chips.
