Ingredients:
| 12
| oz | Brie cheese | | | BLUEBERRY CHUTNEY | | 1
| cup | Blueberries | | 2
| tbsp | Onion, chopped | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Fresh gingerroot, grated | | 1/4
| cup | Brown sugar, packed | | 2
| tbsp | Cider vinegar | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| | 3" cinnamon stick |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large saucepan, combine all chutney ingredients; mix well. | | 2 | Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. | | 3 | Boil 1 minute. | | 4 | Remove cinnamon stick. | | 5 | Cover. | | 6 | Refrigerate 30-45 minutes or until completely cooled. | | 7 | Heat oven to 350°F. | | 8 | Place cheese on ungreased ookie sheet. | | 9 | Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until softened. | | 10 | Place on serving plate. | | 11 | Top with cold chutney. | | 12 | Serve as spread for crackers. | | 13 | Microwave: place cheese on micro-safe serving plate. | | 14 | Microwave on high for 1-?to 2-?minutes or until wrm, rotating plate ?turn once halfway through cooking. | | 15 | Top with cold chutney. |
