Warm brie with blueberry chutney

Ingredients:
12 ozBrie cheese
BLUEBERRY CHUTNEY
1 cupBlueberries
2 tbspOnion, chopped
1 1/2 tspFresh gingerroot, grated
1/4 cupBrown sugar, packed
2 tbspCider vinegar
1 1/2 tspCornstarch
1/8 tspSalt
1 3" cinnamon stick
Procedures:
1In large saucepan, combine all chutney ingredients; mix well.
2Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
3Boil 1 minute.
4Remove cinnamon stick.
5Cover.
6Refrigerate 30-45 minutes or until completely cooled.
7Heat oven to 350°F.
8Place cheese on ungreased ookie sheet.
9Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until softened.
10Place on serving plate.
11Top with cold chutney.
12Serve as spread for crackers.
13Microwave: place cheese on micro-safe serving plate.
14Microwave on high for 1-?to 2-?minutes or until wrm, rotating plate ?turn once halfway through cooking.
15Top with cold chutney.
